Software for ministry and mission

We build the systems
and then we keep running them

Eunoia Tech Limited builds mobile and web applications for ministries, educational institutions and mission organisations across Africa. Every platform on this site is one we built, deployed and still administer today.

Why organisations work with us

Most software vendors have to be taught how a ministry works

We do not. Our founder serves as Digital Strategy Director for Cru / Great Commission Movement of Nigeria. We sit in the same meetings and work to the same calendars as the organisations we build for.

Built for real African conditions

Intermittent connectivity, mid-range Android devices, expensive data and shared phones are constraints we design for from the first sprint — not problems we discover at testing.

We understand budget reality

Funding arrives in cycles and often depends on donors. We scope in phases that deliver something usable early, so a delay in funding does not leave you with nothing to show.

The whole stack, one team

Design, build, database, hosting, deployment, SSL, backups, training and support. No coordinating a developer, a hosting company and a support desk separately.

Thirty years of practice

Writing software since 1994, across business, education, healthcare and mission work. Eunoia Tech is the formalisation of that practice, not a new venture learning as it goes.

Working across borders

One of our platforms carries national offices in Nigeria, Ghana and Kenya. Multi-country roles and approval chains are things we have already solved.

We stay after launch

Every platform in our portfolio is still running. That is deliberate — we do not treat handover as an exit.

Not case studies from a previous employer. These are platforms we built, deployed and still administer.

What we do

From first conversation to long-term support

Mobile applications

Progressive web apps and native Android, built for mid-range devices and unreliable networks. Offline delivery, installable to the home screen.

Web platforms

Institutional portals, learning management, reporting systems, member databases and approval workflows.

Infrastructure

Linux server administration, hosting, DNS, SSL, backups and disaster recovery on servers we build and secure ourselves.

Digital strategy & AI

Organisational digital transformation, responsible AI adoption, training and capacity building for teams.

How we work

Five phases, each ending in something you can see

So funding decisions never rest on trust alone.

01

Discovery and scope 2–3 weeks

We sit with your team and with the people who will actually use the app. Output: a written scope, user journeys, a feature list split into launch and later, and a fixed quotation.

02

Design and prototype 2–3 weeks

Screen designs and a clickable prototype on a real phone. You approve the interface before code is written — the cheapest point at which to change your mind.

03

Build 6–12 weeks

Development in two-week cycles. At the end of each cycle you receive an installable build. Nothing is hidden until the end.

04

Testing and pilot 2–4 weeks

Device testing across the Android range your people actually carry, then a supervised pilot with real users before general release.

05

Launch and handover 1–2 weeks

Play Store publication, server configuration, administrator training, written documentation, and the start of the support period.

Let us scope it properly

We would rather understand your organisation before quoting. A discovery conversation costs you nothing and produces a written scope you own — whether or not you build with us.
